Our story
A table built on fire and family
We started with one simple idea: cook good ingredients over real fire and serve them to people we care about. That idea still runs our kitchen today.
Cooking over live fire keeps us honest. There is nowhere to hide.
We buy from growers we know by name, change the menu with the seasons and never rush a thing.
